- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with data scientists and engineers to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and develop end-to-end ML pipelines.
- Model Evaluation and Optimization: Conduct experiments and perform model evaluation to ensure the robustness, scalability, and accuracy of AI/GenAI solutions.
- Cloud Deployment: Collaborate with cloud computing teams to deploy AI/GenAI models on cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Data Management: Utilize SQL for data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) processes.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/GenAI.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience of 5 years working as a Senior AI Engineer or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python programming language, in-depth knowledge of ML fundamentals, including deep learning, optimization techniques, generative AI, NLP, and LLMs.
- Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud computing platforms (knowledge of Azure is a plus).
- SQL Skills: Familiarity with SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication and collaboration skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
