Senior Marketing Brand Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Marketing Brand Manager to join our marketing communication team as a team coordinator for Spain and Portugal.



Main Responsibilities:

Team Coordination:

  • Supervise day-to-day activities and define objectives
  • Ensure team cohesion and effective communication between departments
  • Ensure projects are completed on time


Coordination of Local Events:

  • Plan, organise, and manage events aligned with our brand strategy
  • Ensure events meet our marketing communication objectives


Brand Management:

  • Develop and maintain our company's brand identity in Spain, Portugal, France, and South Africa
  • Analyse the Festo brand in each country with local contacts and coordinate dedicated activities
  • Create and implement consistent branding strategies
  • Oversee the creation of marketing and communications content
  • Manage the brand's presence across different channels


Marketing Campaigns:

  • Develop effective marketing strategies using appropriate communication channels
  • Monitor campaign results and analyse data to continually improve performance


Support for the SWEA Marketing Manager:

  • Act as a link for the SWEA Marketing Manager, working closely to implement marketing strategies and achieve objectives
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese markets


Sales Support:

  • Provide essential support to the sales team in Spain and Portugal
  • Gather marketing needs and help align marketing activities with the sales department


Qualifications:

Significant professional experience in marketing and communications, with proven expertise in brand management.


Experience in team leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards the achievement of objectives.


Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multicultural teams and communicate with different departments in a clear and concise manner.


Fluent native Spanish and English. Fluency in Portuguese would be an additional asset.


Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.


Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
