Job Title: Prescriber Senior for Design Center

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Prescriber Senior to join our team at the Design Center. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming experience for showroom visitors, ensuring the showroom appearance is always impeccable, and establishing strong relationships with decision-makers in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the showroom appearance, including organizing, cleanliness, and updating showroom displays.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, project consultants, distributors, developers, builders, carpenters, and end-consumers.
  • Develop new business leads, visit, and attract key architectural offices to prescribe our products in their projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in interior design and product innovations, and ensure customer demands are met.
  • Organize and participate in local fairs and events to promote the Kronospan brand.
  • Schedule customer meetings, lead workshops, presentations, staff trainings, and other promotional activities and events.
  • Promote the Design Center and its activities, and establish a strong online presence.
  • Prepare and control the marketing budget.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan (for Barcelona location), with a university degree in interior design, architecture, marketing, or public relations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, and knowledge and passion for our products.
  • Dedicated and flexible, with a hands-on approach, and comfortable using your own initiative in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
