Responsibilities:- Manage Production: Oversee the production process, ensuring quality, cost, delivery, and morale (SQCDM) targets are met.
- Lead Teams: Manage and motivate teams to achieve production goals, focusing on continuous improvement and employee development.
- Implement Standards: Enforce and maintain work standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations within the production area.
- Monitor Performance: Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, quality, and maintenance, to ensure seamless production operations.
- Develop Improvement Plans: Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop plans to implement changes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage Budgets: Oversee budgets for headcounts, overheads, investments, and productivity initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement.
