Job Summary
Abb Schweiz Ag is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to lead our production team in Madrigalejo Del Monte, Spain. As a key member of our Robotics & Discrete Automation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes, transforming parts and raw materials into high-quality ABB products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of production staff to execute production processes, meeting quality and safety standards, and optimizing working capital throughout Operations.
- Develop and execute plans to reduce non-value-added costs, increase revenues, and delight customers by delivering products on time with high factory and supplier yields.
- Manage the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.
- Identify deficiencies in production areas, propose improvement activities, and oversee the implementation of actions to improve production performance.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Production Areas, working as a Team Leader or similar position.
- Enhanced knowledge of Autocad and SAP.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
