We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Collector to join our team at Blu Selection in Barcelona. As a Cash Collector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Contact and follow up with customers to resolve payment disputes and negotiate settlements.
- Collaborate with the Billing Teams to resolve invoice-related issues and ensure accurate payment processing.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to negotiate with customers and provide visibility on collection status.
- Liaise with the Cash Allocation Team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Prepare litigation files for legal procedures and achieve monthly collection targets.
**Requirements**
- Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in French.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high volumes of actions and work under pressure to meet company objectives.
- Customer-focused approach and strong organizational skills.
