We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Hotel Management Trainee. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various departments within a hotel, working closely with our management team and department heads.
Job Overview:
- This internship will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and areas.
- You will have the chance to work in different functional areas, including accommodation and food & beverage.
- Upon completion of the internship, you may be eligible to participate in our Barceló Development Plan (PDB) as an Assistant to Management.
Requirements:
- A student in the final year of studies in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Ability to enter into an internship agreement with your school/university.
- A minimum of two operational internships completed, preferably in different areas.
- Excellent English language skills (B2 level minimum), with other languages being an advantage.
- Full geographical availability across the EMEA region.
What We Offer:
- An internship period of between 4-6 months.
- Accommodation (shared) offered according to availability and destination.
- Full board included at all times.
Estimated Salary:$40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and location.
