- Coordinate relation between Business and Central IT.
- Assess new business needs requiring IS solution development and evolution.
- Manage the consistency between business practices and processes for his domain and the underlying Digital & IS Solutions.
- Products and Projects coordination.
- Establishes a core IT function by identifying, governing, and implementing business IT needs.
- Solution Testing implementation.
- User Trainings.
- Service Asset and Configuration Management Control of financial impact of the D&IT Solutions.
- IT Engineer background.
- 5 years of experience in D&IT Process/Project Coordination, D&IT Business Partner, and D&IT Service Support Coordination.
- Strong knowledge of product/service development, project, and program management methodologies.
- Familiar with the latest technologies, trends, standards, products, and applicability.
- Ability to develop and articulate technology innovation roadmap & vision.
- Leadership, team worker, open mind, structured, rigor, planning, and organization skills.
