Job Title: Digital Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Business Leadership to develop client relationships and assist with client management and communications.
  • Coordinate with producers and creatives to ensure quality and delivery times of materials.
  • Produce accurate timing plans and communicate client requests and project changes effectively.
  • Coordinate stakeholders from client and agency teams to facilitate asset delivery.
Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of digital production areas, including display, emailings, and social media campaigns.
  • Proactive attitude with a 'can-do' approach and solution-focused mindset.
  • Well-organized and efficient, with demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
  • Significant experience with MS Office, especially PPT.
  • Enthusiastic team player with C1 Level English.
