About the Job

We are seeking a highly competent and enthusiastic Elementary School teacher to join our team at Aquinas American School / Atlas American School of Málaga / TBSON. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in helping students learn and grow.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the individual needs, interests, and abilities of students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive community.
  • Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
  • Work collaboratively with the school administration to implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and respectful learning environment.
  • Strive to maintain and improve professional competence through ongoing training and development.
  • Attend meetings and participate in departmental committees as required.
  • Implement the school's philosophy of education and instructional goals and objectives.
  • Take necessary precautions to protect students, equipment, and facilities.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of conferences and evaluations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international setting.
  • Excellent command of English is essential for this position.
  • Background check required.
