About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned technical Product Owner with significant experience in the Data & AI domain to lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our internally built products in Healthcare R&D. This role is crucial in leveraging Data and AI to accelerate and enhance our R&D initiatives, ultimately fostering the discovery and development of new drugs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, expected business value, and impact.
- Define and execute the product roadmap and evaluate its impact on the business.
- Act as the primary liaison between R&D end users, business stakeholders, as well as the engineering and architecture teams.
- Define the product roadmap and ensure seamless integration with other systems and processes within our global R&D Data and AI landscape.
- Engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the product's functionality, usability, and performance.
- Gather feedback from end users and regularly communicate product roadmap updates across the organization.
- Identify new product growth opportunities and propose mitigating strategies to ensure successful roadmap delivery.
- Champion a product mindset and a focus on business value throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
