Senior Product Owner - Data & AI

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned technical Product Owner with significant experience in the Data & AI domain to lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our internally built products in Healthcare R&D.

Responsibilities:
  • Define the product vision, expected business value, and impact.
  • Define and execute the product roadmap and evaluate its impact on the business.
  • Act as the primary liaison between R&D end users, business stakeholders, and the engineering and architecture teams.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other systems and processes within our global R&D Data and AI landscape.
  • Engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the product's functionality, usability, and performance.
  • Continuously gather feedback from end users and regularly communicate product roadmap updates across the organization.
  • Identify new product growth opportunities and potential risks or roadblocks, proposing mitigating strategies to ensure successful roadmap delivery.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in developing enterprise data platforms or data-related products.
  • Ability to envision long-term product success and craft clear and actionable product roadmaps to achieve the strategic company's goals.
  • Good conceptual understanding of the data and AI ecosystem, data flows and architecture, ML, and FMs.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodologies, managing backlog items, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences R&D domain is very beneficial.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
