Senior Product Owner

We are seeking a seasoned technical Product Owner with significant experience in the Data & AI domain to lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our internally built products in Healthcare R&D. This role is crucial in leveraging Data and AI to accelerate and enhance our R&D initiatives, ultimately fostering the discovery and development of new drugs.
Key Responsibilities- Define the Product Vision: Develop a clear and compelling product vision that aligns with the company's overall strategy and goals.
- Lead the Product Roadmap: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and processes within our global R&D Data and AI landscape.
- Act as a Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between R&D end users, business stakeholders, and engineering and architecture teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Drive User Acceptance Testing: Engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the product's functionality, usability, and performance.
- Communicate Product Roadmap Updates: Regularly communicate product roadmap updates across the organization, gathering feedback from end users and stakeholders.
- Identify New Growth Opportunities: Identify new product growth opportunities and propose mitigating strategies to ensure successful roadmap delivery.
- Champion a Product Mindset: Promote a product mindset and a focus on business value throughout the organization.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Emerging Technologies: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices related to data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the Data & AI domain and a proven track record of leading product vision, strategy, and roadmap development.
