Remote Sensing Business Development Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced manager to lead our remote sensing business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and remote sensing.
Responsibilities will include identifying new clients and establishing sustainable engagement with them. You will also be responsible for translating user needs into technical specifications for imaging products and ensuring their proper delivery.
Additional responsibilities include supporting internal projects, R&D projects, or client projects using remote sensing expertise. You will collaborate with various business areas to integrate new ideas and concepts into the business development team.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with customers and internal teams. They will also possess problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Remote Sensing, or relevant field with at least 2 years of experience in business development
- Enthusiasm for the New Space industry and satellite-based solutions
- Experience working with remote sensing data in the thermal infrared region (e.g., Landsat, Aster, Sentinel-3, MODIS)
- Proficiency in GIS or geospatial data processing and experience with remote sensing libraries and processing geospatial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
