This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in shaping the next phase of growth for a rapidly expanding tech company. As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for balancing strategic alignment with day-to-day HR delivery across a European workforce.

About the Role
  • Partner with leadership to embed people strategy aligned to growth and performance goals
  • Lead on employee relations: disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance across UK, Spanish, and wider EU employment legislation
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across multiple functions
  • Coordinate performance management cycles and support L&D initiatives
  • Manage HR operations, including policy updates, HRIS, benefits coordination, and internal communication
  • Support capability development, succession planning, and workforce design
Your Background
  • Proven experience in an HRBP role within a scaling or international business
  • Strong understanding of UK and Spanish employment law (EU experience a bonus)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Excellent knowledge of employee relations, policy, and HR frameworks
  • Ability to work across cultures and regions with sensitivity and commercial judgement
  • Pragmatic, hands-on, and solutions-focused with a collaborative mindset
  • CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent practical experience)
