About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at 阿里巴巴集团. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of e-commerce solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Cainiao Poland team to identify and analyze product requirements, and develop PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) for product/system implementation.
  • Develop mid-to-long-term product strategies based on business targets and market understanding.
  • Conduct deep dives into operation processes and information systems of various sectors, including sorting centers, TMS, and pudo.
  • Provide product solutions that meet business requirements, optimize system functions/user experience, and improve operation efficiency.
  • Familiarize yourself with the Poland logistics service market, conduct market surveys, and design products/systems that meet market needs.
  • Drive product planning, project management, and project deployment in a complex environment, working closely with technical teams, BD/Operation teams, bill finance, legal, and customer service teams.
  • Take ownership of project results as a product owner.
