Job DescriptionWe are seeking a QA Lead to join our team. As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for addressing automated testing, creating a QA framework, and delivering the best set of QA practices.
You will supervise data quality, assure the quality of features, and help teach and drive technical understanding to the rest of the team. You will also plan a strategy in QA and lead and mentor a small QA team.
You will work together with different Idoven teams towards reaching common goals, coordinate with Data, Engineering, Product, and Regulatory teams, and create QA documentation in accordance with regulatory needs.
Requirements- At least 5 years of experience in QA, with previous experience building strategy around QA
- Agile methodologies: Scrum
- Languages: At least intermediate knowledge of programming in Python and/or C++ is a must
- Knowledge in testing frameworks/tools: pytest or other testing frameworks (catch, Google test, Boost test)
- Knowledge in performance testing tools
- Relevant experience working with JIRA and X-Ray
- English. Spanish is not required.
- Proactive and collaborative attitude
- Excellent communication skills to work together with different Idoven teams
- High technical knowledge of programming, standards, principles, and best practices
- Ability to plan a strategy in QA and to lead and mentor a small QA team
- Certifications in Software Testing ISTQB will be a plus
