About the Role
This Senior QA Project Manager will be responsible for supervising allocated projects, senior lead QA testers, lead QA testers, and QA testers. They will also provide feedback and liaison with functional & compliance QA, producers, developers, and other external departments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, management skills, knowledge of bug database systems, QA process, test plan creation, and bug writing process. They should also be hardworking, reliable, punctual, flexible to work unsociable hours depending on deadlines, and technically proficient with PCs, gaming consoles, and related hardware.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Lead QA Tester or equivalent.
- Knowledge of format holder standards (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo).
- Ability to liaise with other departments.
- Basic qualifications: Must be able to communicate effectively and successfully in English, in both written and oral forms.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
- PC hardware literate.
- Mastery of MS Office suite, Source Control, and Visual Studio.
- Passion for the video games industry.
- Willingness to adopt a broad overview of the department.
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication skills, and management skills.
- Reliable with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and positive personality to foster excellent working relationships.
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
