Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled NOC Technician to join our team. As a NOC Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Providing level 1 support for our systems and services
- Monitoring all Hotelbeds systems
- Prioritizing and addressing events detected by monitoring systems
- Adhering to documented procedures to resolve issues
- Creating documentation for common issues and resolutions
- Managing issue escalation and communication details
- Recommending technical improvements and needs on the platform
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Linux system administration
- FP I in Microsystems or any FP II in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong technical, logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to join in a continuous learning career path to quickly gain Cloud certificates such as GCP, AWS, or other administration tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes, etc.
- Self-motivated with great teamwork
- Ability to handle and perform in priority situations
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tooling (Nagios, Grafana, Kibana, etc.)
- Knowledge of Cloud computing (GCP, AWS, Azure, Alibaba)
- Troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Knowledge of Information Security best practices
- Knowledge of any scripting language (Bash, Python, etc.)
