Job Title: NOC Technician

Hotelbeds Group is a global leader in the travel industry, and we're looking for a skilled NOC Technician to join our team. As a NOC Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and performance of our systems, providing level 1 support for our different systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor all Hotelbeds systems to detect and report any issues that could affect platform stability.
  • Manage technically the main issues, fixing them, coordinating the teams, and communicating the issue status across the company.
  • Provide level 1 support for the different systems and services.
  • Adhere to documented procedures to resolve issues and create documentation for common issues and resolutions.
  • Recommend technical improvements and needs on the platform.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Linux system administration.
  • FP I in Microsystems or any FP II in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Strong technical, logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to join in a continuous learning career path to quickly gain Cloud certificates such as GCP, AWS, or other administration tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes, etc.
  • Self-motivated with great teamwork.
  • Ability to handle and perform in priority situations.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tooling (Nagios, Grafana, Kibana...).
  • Knowledge of Cloud computing (GCP, AWS, Azure, Alibaba).
  • Troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Knowledge of Information Security best practices.
  • Knowledge of any scripting language (Bash, Python...).
