**Job Summary:**
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager & Scrum Master to join our Project Management Office team in Marbella, Spain. You will work in a dynamic environment helping our team deliver new features that embody our company vision and strategy.
You will be instrumental in ensuring projects meet business partner and employee expectations. Your role includes planning and executing projects using Agile methodologies and other project management techniques.
**Key Accountabilities:**
- Develop an extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods, and techniques.
- Ensure development teams practice core agile principles.
- Manage multiple projects through all sprints/iterations and phases of the project.
- Facilitate sprint planning, release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other agile events.
- Partner with the product owner, agile coaches, and scrum teams to define minimal viable products and prioritize the product backlog.
- Update project portfolios for status, resource capacity planning, and budget preparation.
- Full project life cycle ownership: from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
- Manage project risks and create mitigation plans to achieve project objectives.
**Requirements:**
7+ years' experience in an Agile / Scrum environment. Proficiency with JIRA. Strong communication skills to communicate, influence, and partner effectively. Excellent leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations. Experience drafting and submitting budget proposals. Technically competent with various software programs, including G-Suite programs, Jira, Confluence, and project management and resource management tools.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, Agile methodologies, and technical skills. A proven track record of delivering successful projects and working in a fast-paced environment is essential.
This role comes with an estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 annually, based on location and experience.
