We are seeking an experienced Data Science Project Coordinator to join our team at our Spanish headquarters in Marbella. As a key member of our project management office, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and deployment of cutting-edge projects that drive business growth and innovation.

**Job Overview**
As a Data Science Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders. You will work closely with our Agile teams to define project scope, identify key success factors, and develop mitigation plans to address potential risks. Your expertise in project management principles, methodologies, and techniques will enable you to navigate complex challenges and optimize project outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate multiple projects, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other agile-related events
- Collaborate with product owners, agile coaches, and scrum teams to ensure user story sizing, acceptance criteria definition, and minimal viable product development
- Manage project portfolios, updating status, resource capacity planning, and budget preparation
- Own full project life cycles, from initiation to deployment, for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
- Identify and mitigate project risks, creating effective mitigation plans to achieve project objectives
- Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging experimentation, creativity, and innovation

**Requirements**
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships and work successfully in multicultural and cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills as a facilitator and presenter
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Flexible and adaptable to different environments, yet firm in approach to managing the project
- Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills, including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations
- Ability to research best practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data and use continuous process improvement disciplines to achieve results
