Job Description

We are looking for a Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team at Catenon. As a key member of our commercial sales department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue-growth strategies to drive business success.

Main Tasks
  • Develop and implement revenue-growth strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to set and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to increase revenue streams
  • Analyze market trends and competitive data to inform revenue strategies
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and revenue management within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Catalan is a plus
