- MBA or master's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Cost Engineering, Financial management, Services Supply Chain, Customer Support, and/or Services Delivery Businesses.
- Professional certification in cost engineering, project management, ITIL, Black Belt Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in business process reengineering, continuous improvement, and cross-functional project management skills.
- Possess a growth mindset and a positive attitude towards challenges.
- Strong business acumen & Negotiation Skills.
