About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced sales environments. As a Corporate FX Sales Associate, you will have the chance to earn competitive commissions and share in the company's success.

We are looking for professionals who are passionate about new business development, eager to learn and grow within FX sales. If you are a self-starter who believes your success is determined by your efforts and environment, this role is for you.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching prospective clients to understand their business needs and potential requirements
  • Making introductory calls to new corporate clients
  • Building a sales pipeline with guidance from experienced sales managers
  • Ensuring all revenue targets are met while prioritizing client interests
  • Developing internal relationships with all departments to drive business growth
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and economic developments
  • Meeting weekly and monthly targets on call performance, quality, and sales
  • Participating in regular training sessions and taking initiative to improve sales skills
Essential Experience and Skills

We are looking for individuals with:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience (not required)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone and in person
  • Ability to take feedback and adapt quickly
  • Goal-oriented and persistent, with a focus on short-term and long-term success
  • Fluent Spanish language skills and excellent English language skills
