Sales Development Trainee Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Trainee to join our team in Barcelona.

This role is perfect for individuals who want to kick-start their sales career and work with leading European clients. As a Sales Development Trainee, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying new business opportunities in the Spanish and European markets
  • Developing innovative source channels to reach potential clients
  • Advising clients on various products and services that can benefit their business models
  • Building strong relationships with customers to develop a pipeline of leads
  • Contacting decision-makers through cold-calling to generate leads, follow-up, and close deals
  • Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to drive market growth

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to connect with people
  • Passion for new technologies and business
  • Energetic, curious, and self-motivated mindset
  • Ability to take initiative and bring new ideas to the table
  • Commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus
