About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Kimpton Los Monteros. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, talent development, and employee relations functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and talent management processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a hospitality or service industry setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English and local language is required.
