Assistant Manager Dockers l'Illa Job Description

As a key member of the Levi Strauss & Co. team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where innovation and collaboration thrive. You will be responsible for representing the brand image and values, while working closely with the Store Manager to effectively manage the store's operations and team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and communicate daily and weekly sales targets to the store team to drive store performance.
  • Monitor KPIs and team performance by analyzing reports and providing actionable insights to the Store Manager.
  • Oversee store operations, including stock management, payroll, administration, and scheduling.
  • Empower and develop your team through training, coaching, and product knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Take on leadership responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.
  • Maintain high visual standards across the store.
