**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to join our team at Cloud Counselage. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our overall objectives and goals.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading and managing high-performing marketing teams, with expertise in strategic planning, team management, campaign execution, brand management, market research, product marketing, public relations, and budget management.

In this role, you will work closely with our product development teams to understand product features and target markets, and develop go-to-market plans to drive product adoption and sales. You will also collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across the organization.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and goals
  • Lead and manage high-performing marketing teams, including hiring, training, and supervising staff members
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Develop and maintain the organization's brand identity, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity
  • Conduct market research to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights
  • Collaborate with product development teams to understand product features and target markets
  • Develop go-to-market plans to drive product adoption and sales
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in leading and managing marketing teams
  • Expertise in strategic planning, team management, campaign execution, brand management, market research, product marketing, public relations, and budget management
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
