The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content, including images, videos, text, and other media, to ensure it complies with community guidelines, platform policies, and legal standards. This involves maintaining quality standards by identifying and reporting inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content that violates platform rules.
Main Responsibilities- Content Moderation: Review and monitor user-generated content to ensure it meets community guidelines and platform policies.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Identify and report inappropriate content that violates platform rules.
- Promote Community Safety: Foster a positive and safe online environment by enforcing community and company policies.
- Escalation & Reporting: Flag repeated violations and escalate complex or urgent cases to senior team members or legal departments as needed.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, fluent in Danish and English, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in content moderation is an asset but not required, as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
