At Alantra Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Energy Transition Advisory team as a Director. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate the complex process of decarbonization and energy transition.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage all stages of projects, from origination to execution, including pitching phase to closing.
- Support and follow up of projects/deal origination with the Energy Transition Vertical.
- Assess the industrial needs from the assessment of the clients' situation to the execution of advisory project and leading the team through the process.
- Monitor industry trends in order to provide frontline recommendations to strategic clients.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in energy transition and decarbonization projects.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
