Project Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring successful execution within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project strategies, aligning with contractual commitments and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and supply chain, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Manage project risks, identifying and mitigating potential issues to ensure project success.
  • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Requirements:
  • Technical engineering or higher degree.
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager, with knowledge of the railway sector and multinational companies.
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English.
  • Leadership, coordination, negotiation, initiative, and results orientation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team, with high work capacity, good communication skills, and adaptability.
