Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Portfolio and Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Sales Enablement: Develop sales tools and training materials to support the sales team in effectively selling the product.
- Budget Management: Manage budget with accuracy and in alignment with applicable company policies.
- Strong Leadership: Exhibit a strong work ethic as a self-starter who takes initiative and can manage complex projects and deliver measurable results within tight deadlines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across cross-functional teams and display excellent influencing, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, contributing to the team's success.
Qualifications:
- Education: BA in Marketing or related field, MBA or similar preferred.
- Experience: 5-10 years of proven experience in product marketing, ideally with experience in B2B Communications.
- Skills: Demonstrated success in developing and leading integrated marketing campaigns, launches, and product messaging. Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data-driven insights into impactful strategies and messaging, with an eye for creativity.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent written and verbal communication, including crafting compelling presentations and marketing collateral. Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence stakeholders across various teams and levels. Flexibility and the ability to pivot when changes occur rapidly. Ability to interface effectively with executive management.
