Job Title: French Speaking Junior Campaign Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will partner with new clients to help them launch their first online advertising campaigns, making a significant impact on their business. This role is target-driven, focusing on individual and team objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC campaigns for customers.
* Identify and understand customer needs and objectives.
* Drive increased spending, upsell opportunities, and ensure campaign sustainability.
* Manage a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls.

Requirements:

* BA/BS degree or equivalent; MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
* 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
* Strong drive to meet or exceed targets in productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and proposal writing.
* Good time management skills and ability to organize your own workday.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and business goals.
* Team player who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
* Native level of French and high level of English.

Benefits:

* Full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
* Hybrid working model based in Barcelona.
