French Speaking Junior Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for partnering with new clients to launch their first online advertising campaigns, driving increased spending, and ensuring campaign sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and develop PPC campaigns for customers
- Identify and understand customer needs and objectives
- Drive increased spending, upsell opportunities, and ensure campaign sustainability
- Manage a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent; MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising
- Strong drive to meet or exceed targets in productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and proposal writing
- Good time management skills and ability to organize your own workday
- Strong analytical skills
- Client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and business goals
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Native level of French and high level of English
What We Offer:
- Full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
- Hybrid working model based in Barcelona
- Permanent contract
- Relocation package includes accommodation in a nice individual studio, support with private health insurance, and 2 to 4 weeks of intensive training on products and sales strategies
Additional Information:
Office location near the sea. Please note relocation to Barcelona is Mandatory.
