Job Description

The Global Head of Medical Excellence and Operations will be a key member of the Global Medical Affairs Leadership Team, interacting with leaders across Medical Affairs, R&D, and cross-functionally. This role will provide support to the Global Medical Affairs Head with day-to-day and ad hoc operational business needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to Medical Excellence and Operations projects, partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Closely interact with Global Medical Affairs Leadership Team members and their respective functions to develop cross-BU standards for excellence and efficient operations.
  • Develop organizational support structures, systems architecture, processes, people, and project portfolio management.
