Pharmaceutical Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Madrid, Spain.

Cencora is a leading company dedicated to creating healthier futures. As a Pharmaceutical Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the end-to-end logistical coordination of complex shipments every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating and coordinating with customers and prospects
• Developing strong relationships with customers
• Planning and executing shipment orders
• Preparing and submitting written quotes to customers
• Providing customer-specific reporting

You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to provide exceptional service to our customers.

A typical day for you will involve monitoring and tracking ongoing shipments, reacting to any deviations, and communicating temperature results as soon as possible after delivery. You will also work with regulations such as ADR/DGR/IATA and local laws and guidelines.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on experience. The job location is in Madrid, and we offer a shuttle service from Avda. America. Shifts are 7:30-16:30 / 9:00-18:00 rotatory on a weekly basis, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
