Transformation Manager

At Hotelbeds Group, we're committed to driving innovation and excellence across our organization. As a Transformation Manager, you'll play a critical role in enabling our business change transformations, ensuring the right focus, quality, and speed are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a key enabler for senior subject matter experts across company functions to drive the execution of transformation programs.
  • Lead risk assessment and impact quantification analysis, elevating key outcomes to functional leads and proposing risk-based recommendations for evaluation in transformation steering committees.
  • Design and prepare program-level performance monitoring frameworks and track progress against agreed transformation goals.
  • Develop high-quality presentations and documentation for design alternatives, risk assessment, and performance/status reporting.

As a Transformation Manager, you'll work closely with key functional experts and the functional lead to enable the implementation of the agreed vision, tone, and narrative of key transformation programs. You'll drive accelerated execution through optimal project governance, strategic planning, and strong collaboration.

We're looking for a skilled and experienced professional who can design and prepare risk assessment and impact quantification analysis through data-driven analysis, leveraging granular risk assessment methodologies.
