Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our culinary arts internship program in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Learn various cooking techniques and methods from experienced chefs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to high standards of food safety and sanitation.
  • Assist in kitchen management and inventory control, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Participate in menu development and recipe testing, contributing to the creation of new dishes.
  • Follow established protocols for food safety and sanitation, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Assist in the set-up and breakdown of kitchen stations, supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • Observe and learn from experienced chefs, gaining valuable insights and skills.
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities, enhancing your culinary knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:
