Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our culinary arts internship program in Dubai, UAE. As a culinary arts professional, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a 4-star hotel kitchen, working alongside experienced chefs and learning the latest cooking techniques and methods.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Learn and master various cooking techniques and methods, including menu development and recipe testing
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist in kitchen management and inventory control, ensuring efficient and effective operations
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your culinary skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Enrolled students or recent graduates within 24 months
  • School, college, or university reference letter
