Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Hospitalist Physician to join our team at the Perelman School of Medicine. The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care in both inpatient and emergency settings, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, treat, and manage patients in a pediatric inpatient setting and emergency department
- Supervise clinical providers, including resident physicians, and provide performance feedback
- Continuously review current pediatric standards of care and implement new processes as needed
Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
- License to practice medicine without restriction or limitation in Pennsylvania
- Board certification in pediatrics
Working Conditions
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The position involves occasional lifting of 24-50 pounds and requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.
