Supply Chain Operations Specialist

About the RoleThis position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination of SCM accounts, adhering to clients' SOPs, IOPs, SLAs, and company procedures. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality data, improving service levels, and increasing productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate SCM accounts efficiently, focusing on customer satisfaction and procedural compliance.
- Monitor and accomplish time frames set by SCM clients at each shipment stage.
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Support the Lead Logistics Team in reviewing operational procedures, implementing new accounts, procedures, and systems.
- Provide weekly performance reports to the Lead Logistics CX Manager via MOS presentation.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in operations or customer services roles within international transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding.
- In-depth knowledge of the freight forwarding industry.
- Strong planning and execution capabilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills (70-90% proficiency).
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- A bachelor's degree in international commerce, administration, economy, engineering, or related fields.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes: health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
