Platform and Systems Automation Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer to join our team at Https:/Www.Energyjobline.Com/Sitemap. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, industrial design, computer science, electronics, or industrial automation, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop automation of CMM and CNC (CAM) programs from NX designs
  • Automate creation of 2D and 3D models
  • Create and/or maintain production support programs, including documentation, testing, and user training
  • Create templates, parametrical programs, databases, and all documents required for standardization
  • Create postprocessor for CNC machines
  • Collaborate with Industrialization Engineering team
  • Participate in Lean activities, such as Kaizens and other continuous improvement events
  • Identify resources needed for innovation projects

Requirements:

  • Education: Mechanical engineering, industrial design, computer science, electronics, or industrial automation
  • Work Experience: Minimum proven experience of 3 years in an industrial environment
  • Language: Fluent in English
  • Personal Attributes: We are looking for a person with initiative, open mind, methodical approach, teamwork skills, and a strong focus on quality
  • Technical Skills: Desired knowledge on VisualStudio, .NET (VB or C), CAD/CAM (NX), Teamcenter, database management SQL, CNC, and Grinding knowledge
