About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our quantitative research team at Empresa reconocida. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in designing methodologies for data collection, preparing questionnaires, and analyzing data to provide valuable insights to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Analysis: Design and implement data collection methodologies to address project research objectives, prepare questionnaires, and monitor fieldwork to ensure data quality.
- Client Liaison: Liaise effectively with clients and internal team members, serving as the main day-to-day contact for projects.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage different tasks to ensure projects run smoothly, effectively, accurately, on time, and within budget.
- Data Interpretation: Accurately analyze and interpret clients' final data, employing attention to detail and knowledge of statistics to recognize when findings are inaccurate or unclear.
- Reporting: Synthesize information and insights into clear reports that can be shared with clients.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: You speak a native level of French and English fluently.
- Education: You have a bachelor or master's degree in science, data science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or another quantitative field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in quantitative market research is a plus.
- Skills: You have a strong understanding and experience of primary research across methods and sectors, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, IT proficiency, and an understanding of basic statistics.
- Personal Qualities: You have a strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, and you are a self-starter.
