Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Amazon Music. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide critical support to our internal business teams, serving as a central point of contact for finance and project management queries.

Amazon Music is a leading immersive audio entertainment service that deepens connections between fans, artists, and creators. Our team is responsible for delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide level 1 support for project management tools, ensuring seamless collaboration between music marketing and content teams.
  • Perform data analysis and suggest process improvements based on collected data, driving business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support project reporting to leadership, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial insights.
  • Prepare and maintain user documentation and internal SOPs, ensuring clarity and consistency across teams.
  • Perform data validation tasks, ensuring marketing and content teams adhere to standard process flows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Business, Tax, Legal) to resolve issues and queries, promoting a culture of collaboration and transparency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in finance and/or project management, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent English skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
  • Very good communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word), with experience in data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, JIRA, Airtable) and languages (Spanish, German, Italian, Japanese) is a plus.
