Join Our Team as a FP&A and Reporting Senior Analyst

We are Volotea, a fast-growing low-cost airline in Europe, and we are looking for a talented FP&A and Reporting Senior Analyst to join our team in Barcelona.

As a FP&A and Reporting Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions. You will work closely with our finance team to develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards to support business decisions
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial information
  • Support the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
  • Ensure governance of data and reporting with regards to ESG matters

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in FP&A/Controlling/Consulting
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting fundamentals
  • Strong financial modeling skills with an automation mindset
  • Previous experience with ESG matters/regulation and ESG reporting is a plus
  • Trustworthy, committed, and results-driven person with a proactive approach
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and provide conclusions and recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with different teams
  • Proficiency in English
  • University Degree in Finance/Economics or similar
