Job Title: Clinical Specialist

At Masimo, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in fostering and developing strategic relationships with clinical leaders in targeted hospitals of Andalusia and Extremadura.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute clinical targets to support sales growth and market penetration of Masimo products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide clinical evaluation and research support, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Establish and maintain expertise in pulse oximetry and pulse CO-Oximetry, as well as the clinical impact of noninvasive patient monitoring solutions.
  • Provide education and training to customers on Masimo products and solutions, ensuring they are equipped to make informed decisions.
  • Work closely with the field to develop research accounts and conduct clinical evaluations involving Masimo technology.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and papers related to the market Masimo serves, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse/Respiratory Therapist preferred, or other disciplines with relevant experience and expertise.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of direct critical care, NICU, PICU, or O.R. experience, with a strong background in pulse oximetry and pulse CO-Oximetry.
  • Prior sales/clinical support experience is highly desirable.
