Key Responsibilities- Design and implement highly scalable and reliable storage infrastructure solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) tools and scripts to automate storage provisioning and management
- Monitor and analyze storage performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimizations
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in storage infrastructure, making recommendations for future-proofing our systems
- 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade storage infrastructure
- Proven track record of deploying and supporting highly scalable distributed storage systems
- Expertise in RDBMS like PostgreSQL, MariaDB, and experience with clustering, sharding, and high availability
- Knowledge of compliance certification, auditability, security, access controls for storage systems
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, and container orchestration systems, like Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
