Regional Master Trainer Role
We are Teradyne, a pioneering technology company, and we're shaping the future of automation. Our mission is to make automation accessible to everyone, everywhere. As a Regional Master Trainer, you will play a vital role in achieving this vision.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure high-performing training partners in your region
- Support training partners to consistently train more customers
- Certify new partners and training in the region
- Run technical training classes when needed
- Ensure consistency and high-quality training across the region
- Drive review of certified trainer performance and implement improvements to program content and/or certified trainer presentation methods
- Expand and enable training portfolio to Academy partners – grow the number of trained participants
- Facilitate/Deliver certification trainings
- Implement improvements across regions
- Deliver training to end users and provide support to Certified Trainers
- Roll out global program to partners in region and support other regions in rolling it out
**Requirements:**
- Minimum three years' experience in the robotics or automation industry
- Minimum of three years of experience developing and conducting seminars/trainings
- Industrial designer with a technical background
- Technical educator experience
- Documented practical experience within automation and/or robot programming
- Experience with technical training and customer visits
- Speak and write English and Spanish proficiently. If you speak and write French as well, it is an advantage
