We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations & People Manager to join our team at Byld. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and people functions of our company, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial reporting, working closely with our operations intern to execute reports and with the management team to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Develop and maintain a monthly and quarterly reporting structure for team members and partners, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • OKR Setting and Follow-up: Lead the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) setting process, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Sales and Growth Strategy: Identify industry trends and opportunities for process improvements, driving sales and growth initiatives.
  • People & Culture Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive people and culture strategy, including talent acquisition, performance management, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Problem-Solving and Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue.
  • Administrative Support: Provide clerical and administrative support to optimize office procedures, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, cash flow management, and internal database updates.
  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze tools and processes to maximize efficiency and internal processes.
  • Contract Management: Assist in the preparation of quotations for clients, follow-ups, and sending and receiving signed projects, clients, and staff contracts.
  • Contract Drafting and Review: Review and update company templates for contracts, quotations, NDAs, and other legal documents.
  • Record Management: Develop procedures for the preservation, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of office records.
  • Team Leadership: Directly lead the Operations Intern and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, banking, investment funds, law firms, startups, or business-related fields.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English.
  • Proficiency in tools like Slack, Clickup, Notion, and other productivity tools.
  • Advanced Excel/Google spreadsheet skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a drive for perfection.
  • Ability to ensure quality and efficiency in work.
  • Experience with bookkeeping and basic accounting knowledge.
  • Outstanding knowledge of accounting figures and financial records.
  • Familiarity with metrics and analytically driven data.
  • Knowledge of law and Spanish business regulations and procedures.

  • Experience leading teams and with HR/people management processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Curious and fast-learning mindset, with a love for understanding the why behind things.
  • Experience in office management.
